Seattle, WA — [February 11, 2026] — Macguffin Co. announced today the addition of artist Walter Vazquez to the creative team for its WWII action/comedy project, The Turnbuckle Brigade, currently in development. Mr. Vazquez joins writers Jason Baldwin, Booby Henwood, and Jeff Belle help bring to life Macguffin’s latest entertainment concept, set to begin development in April, 2026.

Set against the backdrop of the vibrant wrestling scene of the early 20th century, The Turnbuckle Bridge follows a group of unlikely heroes who are recruited from the ranks of professional wrestling to rescue an ancient relic from the clutches of the Axis Powers, before it can be used to turn the tide of the war. With a unique blend of wrestling antics, witty dialogue, and pulse-pounding action, this story is sure to resonate with audiences of all ages, as the unlikely heroes save the world, “one suplex at a time”.
