SEATTLE, WA — (December 1, 2025) — Macguffin Co. today announced a $10,000 seed investment in The Turnbuckle Brigade, a historical action comedy concept created by Jason Baldwin. The investment will support early-stage creative development, including the creation of visual assets and a detailed treatment to further define the project’s world, tone, and characters.
The Turnbuckle Brigade blends history, action, and comedy through a high-concept lens, reimagining the past with kinetic set pieces and larger-than-life characters. The seed funding will enable Baldwin and his creative collaborators to advance the project toward pitch-ready materials.
